Refund policy

At Dyese, we want you to love what you receive. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging unless the package arrives damaged. 

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, email us at Dejadyese@dyesellc.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital products or downloads
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Candles, crystals, or spiritual tools that have been opened or used
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Print-on-Demand Items print-on-demand items (fulfilled by Printify) are made to order. These items are only eligible for return or exchange if they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
